1. General Overview

Brik Home ("we," "us," or "our") operates as a sole proprietorship registered under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME / Udyam), India. We provide software development, community access, and hardware development updates for upcoming Brik smart home devices.

2. Digital VIP Passes & Vouchers

• The VIP Pioneer Pass ($50 / INR equivalent) and Founder’s Circle Pass ($100 / INR equivalent) are digital products.

• Upon successful payment, buyers receive immediate digital utility, including access to private Discord channels, weekly developer updates, feature voting rights, and optional 1-on-1 calls (for Founder’s Circle members).

• Each Pass includes a non-transferable digital discount voucher ($50 or $100 value) redeemable exclusively toward future Brik hardware releases at official public launch.

• Purchase of a VIP Pass guarantees priority allocation access for Batch 1 hardware reservations but does not constitute a physical hardware pre-order or completed sale of physical goods today.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, CAD files, software builds, trademarks, and media shared within our private channels remain the exclusive intellectual property of Brik Home.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
